We believe in whole foods and home-style cooking. Preparation time may take a little longer but the outcome is well worth the effort.

None of our food is deep fried, micro-waved nor does it contain trans-fats or high-fructose corn or MSG. This is a vegan menu (no eggs, dairy, fish, or any animal ingredients) with a large gluten free selection. The Zizania menu is prepared with utensils that are never used for animal products. Gluten free pasta is available upon request. Please ask your waiter if you have any questions.
