Vegetarian Menu
None of our food is deep fried, micro-waved, nor does it contain trans-fats or high-fructose corn syrup or MSG. This is a vegan menu (no eggs, dairy, fish, or any animal ingrediants) with a large gluten free selection. The VESPUCCI'S vegetarian menu is prepared with untensils that are never used for animal products. Gluten free pasta is available upon requent. Please ask your waiter if you have any questions. We believe in whole foods and home-style cooking. Preparation time may take a little longer but the outcome is well worth the effort.
